Once you’re happy to proceed, a formal Sourcing Agreement is signed. This sets out the agreed fee, timescales, and responsibilities of both parties. All funds are handled securely and transparently, in full compliance with HMRC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and The Property Ombudsman (TPO) code of practice. We’re also covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance, offering an additional layer of protection for every investor.
