From early in his career, Niall has developed a strong focus on both technical valuation and practical investment application. His roles have included conducting valuation assignments for residential and commercial assets, preparing development feasibility studies, advising on acquisitions and disposals, and supporting lender due diligence. His expertise spans market analysis, construction assessment, planning risk, and yield modelling — essential skills in accurately assessing property potential.
